ERIE, Pa. – The Mercyhurst women's water polo team fell 16-14 to Siena before falling to Bucknell 18-14 during day one of the Laker Invitational on Saturday.

Siena 16, Mercyhurst 14
Lindsey Mizrahi had four goals and one assist while
Hanna Good recorded three goals and one assist.
Michaela Hershey tallied two. Goals and single goals were earned by
Rachel Morris,
Sara Marin,
Maddie Nye,
Rachel Byrnes and
Mason Feldstein. Feldstein and Marin also tallied one assist each.
Jennifer Moshinsky and
Hannah Engquist had two assists each while
Isabella Morris had one assist.

In net,
Sarah O'Keefe made 10 saves for the Lakers.

For Siena, Diana Fernandez, Danni Coroteau, Anna Borton, Kristen Burger and Georgia Vargas recorded points. In net, Anna Mossakowski made three saves in net.

Siena outshot Mercyhurst 31-25. Siena went 2-for-12 on the power play while Mercyhurst went 1-for-9.

Nye had five goals while
Michaela Hershey and Feldstein had three goals each. Hershey also had an assist. Good, Byrnes and
Isabella Morris had one goal apiece.

Madison Hoefakker came in and made four saves.

For Bucknell, Kali Hyham, Nina Benson, Paige Furano, Ally Furano, Marcela Herrera, Katie Jo Newrow and Gigi Rojahn recorded points.
