The Mercyhurst men's water polo team is set for the Collegiate Water Polo Association 2019 Division II Eastern Championship Oct. 26-27 in Salem, W. Va.
 
The Lakers come into the tournament as the fourth seed.

Gannon is coming into the tournament with a 12-2, 6-0 record. The Golden Knight have defeated the Lakers twice 19-8 and 15-9 this season.
 
Salem is coming in with a 9-9, 4-2 record. The Tigers took down the Lakers in overtime 21-20 earlier this season.
 
McKendree has a 9-9, 5-1 record. The Bearcats won 19-8 earlier this season against the Lakers.
 
For Mercyhurst, Ryan Witoslawski is leading the roster with 47 goals and 63 points. Alex Cappuccio is next with 45 points and Daniel Alvarez has 36 points.
 
In net, Nash Greeven has played 14 games with a .457 save percentage. Jacob Tanner has played five games with a .378 save percentage.
