Box Score SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Mercyhurst men's soccer team fell 1-0 to Slippery Rock during Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action on Wednesday.
 
Martin Jarc made three saves in net for the Lakers.
 
Mo Kanani scored the lone goal of the game for Slippery Rock in the 35th minute.
 
Matt Hunsberger made 14 saves in net for Slippery Rock.
 
Mercyhurst led in corners 6-3 and led in shots on goal 14-4.
 
The Lakers are back in action on Oct. 26 when they host Pittsburgh Johnstown at 1:00 p.m.
