The Mercyhurst men's water polo team travels to Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa. for the Collegiate Water Polo Association Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference Championships starting on Friday, Nov. 18 and ending Sunday, Nov. 20.

The Lakers enter the eight-team field as the seventh seed. They will play second-seeded George Washington in the first round on Friday at 6:00 p.m. GW is also ranked 18
th nationally.Â

Mercyhurst enters the tournament after winning the Western Division championships back in early November at the Cathedral Prep Events Center in Erie, Pa. The Lakers won three straight games, including an 11-8 victory in the championship game over Connecticut College. The Lakers and Connecticut College both made the Mid-Atlantic tournament field.
