COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.- The Mercyhurst men's water polo team lost, 11-8, at #20 Air Force Sunday. Matt Cote made 13 saves in goal for the Lakers. 

Mercyhurst led, 2-1, after one period. Air Force took in the second frame, scoring three times to take a 4-2 halftime advantage. Four more Falcon goals gave the hosts an 8-5 lead through three quarters. 

Isaac Ogloblin, Brett Luehmann, and Colin McDonald each scored two goals for the Lakers. Alex Strong adn Tye Schreiber had a goal apiece. Cote recorded 13 saves, including eight in the first period.

The Lakers dropped to 7-3 in 2013. They will play Notre Dame College and Penn State Behrend on Saturday, October 12. Both matches will be held at Penn State Behrend.
