Brett Luehmann leads the team with 59 goals. Garret Schoeman has recorded 37 goals and 49 assists, while Isaac Ogloblin has 34 goals and 18 helpers. Danilo Svorcan has scored 42 goals this year. Matt Cote has started all 24 games in net, allowing 8.25 goals per game.

Coach Curtis Robinette has guided the Lakers to two straight appearances in the CWPA's final tournament. Formerly the Eastern Championship, the new CWPA Championship has a new name and an expanded format. In 2012, Mercyhurst finished fourth at Easterns in its first-ever trip to the event.
