LOUISVILLE, KY. -- The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced the rosters for the 2026 Senior All-Star Games this week, with six representatives from Mercyhurst University selected to participate in the prestigious annual event.
Four Lakers were selected to compete in the Division I/II Senior All-Star Game, including midfielders Ryan Mahoney, Darrin Santos, and Chase Petschke, along with defenseman Ben Schellinger.
Mercyhurst will also be represented on the sidelines, as Head Coach Trey Keeley was selected to serve as the North Team head coach for the Division I/II game. He will be joined on staff by Assistant Coach Nate Reichel.
The USILA Senior All-Star Game annually honors many of the top graduating players in collegiate lacrosse across Divisions I, II, and III. The event provides one final collegiate opportunity for seniors to represent their programs while competing alongside and against many of the nation's top players.
This year's Division I/II Senior All-Star Game is scheduled for Friday, May 22, at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.
Mahoney, Santos, Petschke, and Schellinger each played key roles during Mercyhurst's transition into Division I competition, helping establish the foundation for the next era of Laker lacrosse. Their selections, along with the inclusion of Keeley and Reichel on the North Team staff, reflect the continued respect for the Mercyhurst program on the national level.
Additional information regarding the event, including full rosters and game details, can be found through the USILA official release.
