BOSTON – Atlantic Hockey America released their three All-AHA Teams following the conclusion of the regular season. They released a First Team, Second Team, and Rookie Team. Of the 18 possible spots, the Lakers secured four of them. Payten Evans, Julia Perjus, and Magdalena Luggin were named to the All-AHA Second Team. Perjus was also named to the All-AHA Rookie Team.

Evans, a transfer from Merrimack, has been a crucial addition to the squad this season. She was one of three Lakers to garner the 'A' on her jersey this year. The Calgary, Alberta native has eight goals and 12 assists for 20 points. She is fifth on the team in points and leads all blue liners. She is second on the team with 61 blocks as well. In the league, Evans has won Defensive Player of the Month once and Defensive Player of the Week once. She is tied for eighth in the conference alongside two other Lakers in powerplay goals with four.

Luggin has played in 30 of the Lakers games between the pipes this season. She was recently named the AHA Goaltender of the Week for the fifth time this season and seventh time in her career after picking up 48 saves in an AHA Semifinal sweep of Lindenwood.  The Vienna, Austria native has had a stellar sophomore campaign. She has 2.08 goals against average, a save percentage of .927, 797 total saves and a record of 17-9-3 (63.8 win percentage). Nationally, she is top-25 in all four of those stat categories. She made a then career-high 47 saves against No. 5/6 Minnesota Duluth and then beat her own career-high with 56 saves against No. 1 Wisconsin. In the AHA, her save percentage and goals allowed average are only second behind Penn State's Katie Desa. To be second behind the netminder for the No. 3 team in the nation is no small feat.

Perjus was named to both the rookie and second team. The Stockholm, Sweden native has 17 goals and 21 assists for 38 points. She is ranked sixth in the nation in points among all freshmen. Her freshman campaign has been incredible, with ten multi-point games. She has two games with three assists, one game with four assists, and three games with two goals. She recently scored both goals in a 2-1 AHA Semifinal win over Lindenwood. She scored the game-winning goal on the powerplay in the third period. In the AHA, she is second among all rookies in points. She has seven powerplay goals and four game-winning goals. Additionally, her faceoff percentage is 57% with 366 wins, which is fifth in the AHA.
