Overpeck Park, N.J. -- The Mercyhurst men's lightweight rowing team traveled to Overpeck Park, N.J. to race in the National Collegiate Lightweight Invitational Saturday.

The day started with the crew racing against Georgetown in the morning. The team came in with a time of 6:57.24.

The crew raced again in the afternoon against Penn. They came in with a time of 6:55.35.

The Lakers will be back in action next weekend April 4 at Iona.
