Mercy ‘less’ Erie Erg Showdown Overview
A unique Erg Competition that offers School vs School and City vs City competition in a dual format of racing. This will be a fun, competitive and rewarding team building experience.
Each rower gets a complete stroke by stroke data analytics of their race (Rate, Stroke Length, Watts, Watts Per KG, Peak % Force curve, Heart rate)
Morning session Categories:
M/W High School/ Varsity
-2K for HS/Varsity/U17
-1K for Novice
-Novice: Lwt M/W
Afternoon Session: Team Relay Competition.
Categories 6 Person team.
ALL OPEN (Men, Women, Mixed 3/3).
FORMAT:
1K + 750m + 500m + 1K + 750m + 500m

60 days free of Erg Central; T shirts and medals. Team Banner
Additional Components:
Mercyhurst University Campus tour (weather pending)
