Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Ann Arbor, Mi.- Mercyhurst closed their first season at the Division I level on Saturday with a pair of losses. They fell to Princeton 17-5 in their morning matchup and then they dropped their afternoon game against Michigan 24-2.
 
How it Happened:
The Lakers kicked off their weekend against Princeton. The Tigers wasted little time jumping out to a lead in the matchup. Before Mercyhurst even got on the board, Princeton was up 10-0. Marley Hanlon finally got Mercyhurst a goal to stop the bleeding, but the Tigers once again went on a 3-0 run. Hanlon and Victoria Mastrangelo tacked on two more goals, but Princeton continued to dominate. Allie Dombkowski and Molly Landridge accounted for the Lakers other two goals in 17-5 loss.

In their match against Michigan, the Wolverines jumped out to a 12-0 lead before Mercyhurst finally scored. Both of their goals came in the second period as Domaracki and Dombkowski both scored. But Michigan dominated from there, scoring nine straight to close the game.
