Williamsburg, Va. – The Mercyhurst Men's Golf team wrapped up their 2025 season at the Northeast Conference Men's Golf Championship, held at the Kingsmill Resort – River Course. The Lakers finished 11th overall with a three-day team total of 954 (+102) across the par-71 layout.
Tournament Recap
Mercyhurst posted rounds of 312 (+28), 319 (+35), and 323 (+39) over the three-day event. Despite battling through challenging conditions against a deep field, the Lakers showed steady improvement across their lineup.
Senior Evan Rowane led the Lakers individually, finishing T31 with rounds of 79-77-77 for a three-round total of 233 (+20). Matthew Spadacini followed with a T38 finish after carding rounds of 75-82-82 for a 239 (+26) total.

Howard University captured the team title with an impressive 860 (+8) total, finishing just ahead of Long Island University (862, +10) in a tight team race.
