Allegany, N.Y. - The Men's Tennis team faced the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure today, Feb. 12, 2023.

The Bonnies were victorious, winning the match 1-6. 

Doubles

Hristo Plasheski and Colm Schultz battled hard but had a 2-6 loss. Two doubles, consisting of Noha Desousa and Ben Davis, defeated the Bonnies in a tough set, 7-6 (5). Lukas Caube and Juan Carlos Hernandez paired up to play the third spot. They had strong cross court action, but were unable to capitalize on the point, 2-6.

The doubles point went in favor of the Bonnies.

Order to finish: 3, 1, 2

Singles

Davis fell in the first singles match, 2-6 and 3-6.

De Sousa played the second spot, where he fell in three sets. The scores were 6-3, 4-6, and 6-7 (6).

Plasheski dominated at three singles, winning the sole point for the team, 7-5 and 7-5. 

Schultz played four singles where he lost in a tough 5-7 and 3-6.

Caube forced three sets but couldn't capitalize in the last one. Scores were 6-3, 3-6, and 5-10.

Hernandez played in the last singles spot. He finished with scores of 2-6 in both sets.

Order to finish: 1, 4, 3, 2, 6, 5.
