ERIE, Pa. – The Mercyhurst Men's Tennis Team will partake in the opening round of the NCAA Atlantic Regional Tournament tomorrow morning as they are set to match up with West Liberty at 11:00 a.m. The Lakers enter the tournament as the No.4 seed out of the Atlantic Region.
Laker Overview

Scouting West Liberty
The Hilltoppers enter tomorrow's match with an 11-8 record posted during the Spring season to go along with a 4-2 mark in Mountain East play. They advanced to the Mountain East Tournament Championship where they fell to the No.1 overall seed in the Atlantic Region and the 19th ranked team in the country in Charleston.
Earlier this season, West Liberty and the Lakers squared off against one another at West Liberty. The Lakers came away with a 4-3 victory in that one, and will hope to do the same tomorrow.
Around the Bracket
If the Lakers were to advance past the Hilltoppers into the next round, they would match up with the top seeded Charleston Golden Eagles. On the other side of the bracket, the No.3 seed Bluefield State will battle it out with Fairmont State with the winner advancing to play the No.2 seed Edinboro.
