FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- The Mercyhurst men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to host Fairmont State Sunday afternoon. 

The Lakers picked up a pair of singles wins. Unai Amilleta Gonzalez picked up a 6-3, 6-2 victory at top flight singles. Milan Jankovic also scored a win at number three singles going 7-6, 6-1. 

The team of Gonzalez and Hristo Plasheski earned a 6-2 victory at number two singles.  

The Lakers are back in action on Saturday when they host Kutztown at the Westwood Racquet Club.
