The Mercyhurst University Women's Cross Country team competed at the Division II Atlantic Region Championships hosted by Lock Haven University on Saturday. The Women's team finished in 22nd place with a score of 625.

Madison Mariani paced the Lakes squad, she finished in 90th place with a 24.04 time. Margaret Sutherland was the next Laker to cross the finish line in 131st place, her time was 25.25. Madison Burncheck was the third highest finisher for Mercyhurst, her time of 26:19 was good for 145th place.

Maria Marullo finished just behind Burncheck in 146th position with a 26:28 mark. Eleanor Chuzie and Emma Pringle rounded out the competitors for the Lakers. Chuzie finished in 26:34 and Pringle 26:43.
