Mansfield, Pa. - Mercyhurst Women's Cross Country made the trip back to Mansfield, Pa. for the second time in as many trips as they competed in the Atlantic Regional Championship Saturday with the team coming in 20th of 21 teams.

Mikaela LeBaron had her best race of the season, finishing first for the Lakers with a time of 25:20.0. She started off well and got stronger as she moved up 16 spots from the 2k marker to the finish. She was followed by Maria Marullo who had a time of 26:02.2 while Bella Homorody came in third among Mercyhurst, finishing 126th with a time of 26:03.7

Madison Burncheck and Eleanor Chuzie rounded out the efforts for the Lakers as Burncheck had a time of 27:03.8 while Chuzie was not far behind at 27:21.9
