BLOOMINGTON, IN – The Mercyhurst women's water polo team fell 6-3 to Cal Lutheran on Sunday during the Hooisers Invite.
 
Hana Good, Maddie Nye and Lindsey Mizrahi had goals while Sara Marin and Michaela Hershe tallied assists.
 
In net, Sarah O'Keefe made nine saves for the Lakers.
 
For Cal Lutheran, Lexi Rond, Kemi Dikstra and Mackenzie Thomas scored goals. Kaitlin Moreno made nine saves in net.
 
Mercyhurst was outshot 30-24. Both teams came up short on the power play. The Lakers had eight chances and Cal Lutheran had nine chances.
 
The Lakers are back in action on March 28 when they travel to Morgantown, W. Va., for the WVU Invite. They will play Salem and Gannon.
