Baseball Loses in the First Round of the PSAC Tournament to Bloomsburg 12-0

Box Score JOHNSTOWN, Pa.—The Mercyhurst Baseball team fell to Bloomsburg in the opening round of the PSAC Tournament 12-0.

Bloomsburg jumped out early and went up 5-0 in the first inning
After a 7-0 lead in the third, the Huskies tacked on four more runs in the fourth to give them an 11-0 lead, BU would score one more in the seventh to
give them the 12-0 win in seven innings
Carter Chasanov from Bloomsburg led the team with three hits and five RBI
For BU, Ashton Raines pitched a complete game shutout and recorded four strikeouts
Jack Elliott had the only two hits for the Lakers today going 2-3 on the day
Christian Young got the loss going one inning, allowing four hits, five earned runs and recorded two strikeouts
