ELKINS, W. Va. -- The eighth-ranked Mercyhurst men's lacrosse team will visit Great Midwest Athletic Conference opponent Davis and Elkins for a 3 p.m. contest on Saturday.

Mercyhurst (4-1) has won four straight games, including an 8-6 win over then-11th-ranked Mount Olive in its last game.

Sam Crusha is the Lakers' leading goal scorer in 2018 with 10 goals and one assist. Leading point-getter Colin Greenway has eight goals and six assists for 14 points while Oran Horn has six goals and two assits.

On the defensive side of the ball, Greg Weyl leads the way with 22 groundballs and 15 caused turnovers. Goalie Alec Starr is 4-0 with a 5.75 goals-against average and .593 save percentage.

Matthew Dyck is D&E's leading scorer with six goals and four assist through three games. The Senators (0-3) have two goalies that have combined for a 16.67 GAA and .438 save percentage.

Mercyhurst has played against Davis and Elkins only once -- a 20-3 Laker win in Feb. 2017.
