HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- The Mercyhurst College men's tennis team went 1-1 in its final action of the Lakers southern swing, falling to PSAC opponent Bloomsburg University, 6-3, before rebounding in the nightcap to defeat  York College, 6-3.

Mercyhurst improves to 9-3 on the year and 2-1 in the PSAC.

The Lakers split the singles matches against Bloomsburg but were swept by the Huskies in doubles action.  #Tim  Hansson#, Mijo Cotic and Kyle King all recorded victories.

Against York, Mercyhurst won four out of six singles and two of the three doubles matches to secure the win.

Mercyhurst is in action next on April 5th when the Lakers host Case Western Reserve.
