2022: Played in eight games on the season. Finished with 13 catches to his line for a total of 113 yards. Averaged 8.7 yards per reception. His one touchdown on the year ended up coming against IUP in a game where he had three recpetions for a total of 40 yards.

2021: Appeared in all 11 games, was named to the Don Hansen All-Super Region One First Team as well as the PSAC West First Team. He had 37 receptions for 400 yards and four touchdowns. Recorded multiple receptions in nine games with his biggest performance coming at Edinboro (10/16) when he had six receptions for 74 yards. On defense, he made two tackles. 

2020-21: Played exhibition schedule in Spring of 2021 after COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the Fall season.

2019: Appeared in all 11 games, was selected to the Don Hansen All-Super Region One Third Team as well the PSAC West First team as a Sophomore. He recorded 21 catches for 233 yards and six touchdowns, while on defense he added one tackle.  He had seven multi-reception games with his biggest output coming at Edinboro (10/12) with five grabs for 68 yards and a td.  Armstrong had two of his three catches on the road against Bloomsburg (9/21) go for scores as well.

2018: Appeared in three games, totaling one catch for two yards. Against Clarion (11/3) he got involved on the defensive side of the ball recording a solo tackle.
