Mercyhurst University Athletics

2011: Started all 11 games for the Lakers… the veteran lineman anchored an offensive line that accounted for 114.8 yards per game and paved the way for first team all-psac running back Richie Sanders.

2010:  Started all but one game on the offensive line…helped paved the way for running back Gerald Anderson to set the single-season rushing record…part of offensive line that allowed just 1.36 sacks per game in the regular season (4th – PSAC) and helped the Laker offense to the league’s second-best time of possession mark (32:46)…also was an integral part of Mercyhurst’s second-best fourth-down conversion mark…helped offense to 345.2 yards per game, including 125.4 rushing yards and 219.8 passing yards.

2009:  Started all 11 games for the Mercyhurst at offensive line…a steady part of the line in which all five members started each game...helped pave the way for an offense that averaged 157.2 yards per game through the air and 120.7 yards on the ground…part of an offensive line that allowed only 10 sacks on the year, best in the PSAC…recorded one tackle against California (Pa.) on Oct. 31.

2008: Did not see action.

2007: Played in six games, starting three times at left guard.

High School: Team captain for team that went 6-4 and finished second in the Pioneer Conference...Played on national television as a senior...Ranked No. 23 on the list of Plain-Dealer Top 40 Area Football Players...First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Sun Newspaper...All-Westside Team...Second Team All-District...Mu Alpha Theta for math, Honor student...Also participated in track and field and holds the school record in the hammer throw.
