Biography

2011: Appeared in four games on defense and special teams…  recorded four tackles on the season with a career high three stops against IUP.

2010:  Played in 10 games on defense and special teams …posted four tackles, including one each against Lock Haven, at IUP, against Slippery Rock, and in the Lakers 56-37 win over Bloomsburg in the PSAC Championship game.

2009:  Played in four games for the Lakers against Wayne State, Cheyney, IUP, and California…picked up a tackle in a 45-15 win against Cheyney.

2008: Did not see action.

High School: Three-time All-Conference selection in 2004, 2005, and 2007, leading the team with a career-best 12 sacks in 2007...Team posted the best total defense in the tri-county area in 2007...Also played basketball.

Personal: Born May 2, 1989...Major is undecided...Son of David Long and Laytee Thomas...One brother, Wayne Thomas, and a sister, Daycita Long.
