2009:  Played in eleven games for the Lakers. starting the last 10… finished the season ranked 15th on the team in total tackles…recorded 11 solo-tackles, 12th-best on the team…recorded a tackle in eight games on the season… ranked seventh on the team with 3.5 tackles for loss…forced one fumble on the season against Cheyney (9/5)…recorded 0.5 sacks for a three-yard loss against Lock Haven (9/26)… posted season-high four stops against Wayne State in the season opener… continued to provide steady play, picking up eight tackles in the next five contests.

2008: Earned the starting role in 10 of 11 contests as a rookie… added 27 stops on the year, including two sacks and three tackles for loss… help to anchor a defense that was one of the best in the nation against the run… also had a forced fumble… posted a season-high six tackles against Edinboro while adding five tackles at Bloomsburg and against Slippery Rock.

High School: All-conference at guard as a senior and at tackle as a junior...Team advanced to the playoffs in 2007...Also competed in track and field at Hempfield Area High School.

Personal: Born Dec. 1, 1989...Plans to study business management...Son of Chris and Mel Clegg...Two sisters, Megan and Jenni.
