2009 All-PSAC West Second Team

2009:  All-PSAC West Second Team selection... Started all 11 contests for the Lakers secondary for the second straight year while playing in all Mercyhurst games for the third year… finished sixth on the squad in tackles (44 TT, 27 solo)… ranked second on squad with two interceptions…had more than double the next player’s total in pass breakups with eight as he provided consistent play against some of the league’s top wide receivers… also had a blocked kick… posted seven tackles on two different occasions, falling one short of his career-best… registered a tackle in every game but one.

2008: Second-straight year to appear in all 11 games while starting each contest for the first time… his seven tackles at IUP on Sept. 28 fell one tackle shy of tying his career-best eight stops set on Sept. 29, 2007 against Ashland… posted multi-tackle contests in each game but one… 44 total stops ranked eighth on the squad while his three PBU’s and a takeaway tied for second.

2007: Played in all 11 games, starting 10 times at right cornerback...Had one interception against Hillsdale, returning it 23 yards...Had 47 tackles and added 2.5 for loss...Also had two pass break-ups and a team-high two fumble recoveries to go with one forced fumble...Recorded a season-high eight tackles against Ashland and had at least one tackle in every game...Posted 1.5 tackles for loss against Wayne State as well as forcing and recovering a fumble.

2006: Did Not Play.

High School: Team finished 8-4 in 2005...averaged 6.0 yards per carry and 14 yards per reception as a senior...averaged 9.6 yards per punt return and 23.1 yards per kick return...credited with 26 tackles on defense with one interception.
