2019 Season:
Appeared in 28 matches, making 21 starts playing in 102 sets.  She led the Lakerss with 317 kill averaging over three per set at 3.11 with a .224 hitting percentage.  Baird put up 38 blocks and 149 digs on the defensive side of the court.  She had 17 games with double-digit kills, including a season high 23 against West Virginia State on September 13.  Baird was the only Laker named All-PSAC in 2019.      

2018 Season:
Appeared in 31 matches and 117 sets, making 30 starts. She led the Lakers in kills 369 averaging 3.15 per set and was tied for the lead in sets played. Defensively, she added 255 digs and 34 blocks. Baird posted 25 matches with double-digits in kills, including three with 20-plus. 

2017 Season:
Started in all 29 matches in which she registered 241 kills and 10 aces. She also recorded 14 blocks and 224 digs. 

2016 Season:
Started in four of the 13 matches she appeared in for the Lakers. Registered 36 kills and two Aces on the season. Also recorded one solo block 13 block assists and 29 digs.

High School: Played volleyball for North Royalton High School.

Personal: Born April 26, 1998.. Daughter of Lana and Tim.. has two sisters, Allison and Megan, and one brother, Timmy. Father Tim played at the collegiate level.
