ERIE, Pa. – The Mercyhurst women's lacrosse team has been honored as an IWLCA Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) 2025  Academic Honor Squad. 14 Lakers also earned a spot on the Division I Academic Honor Roll, association officials announced Wednesday.

To qualify for this prestigious honor, the team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

Mercyhurst posted a team 3.607 GPA for the 2024-25 season.

Marlee Antinora, Amanda Bailey, Emma Cimino, Paige Drazek, Whitley Easton, Alex Finocchario, Nicole Hetzer, AJ Jameson, Allison Lyon, Katie Napier, Meghan Nasman, Caitlin Sacco, Ellie Schau, and Ella Scoville all earned spots on the Academic-Honor Roll for their outstanding work on the field and in the classroom.

To be eligible for the academic honor roll, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
