The NEC has announced the 2026 women's lacrosse all-conference awards.

Katie Ventresca both earned themselves a spot on the All-NEC First Team.
Easton finished her senior campaign with 274 points, 173 goals and 101 assists. This season, she led the NEC in goals per game averaging 3.53, second in points per game averaging 5.07 points per game, fourth in assists per game averaging 1.53 per game, seventh in draw controls averaging 3.2 per game and second in shots per game averaging 7.40. In conference, Easton led the NEC in goals with 34 and goals per game averaging 3.78. She was also second in points per game averaging 5.89, and was third in assist per game averaging 2.11 per game. She was also sixth in draw controls per game averaging 4.11. She finished the 2026 season with 53 goals, 23 assists, 76 points, and 48 draw controls, leading the Lakers in all categories.
Ventresca made a splash in her junior campaign leading the Lakers in ground balls with 33 and caused turnovers with 28. Ventresca ended the season fourth in the NEC overall in ground balls per game averaging 2.2 per game and first in caused turnovers per game averaging 1.87. In NEC play, Ventresca was tied for first in caused turnovers with 20 and averaging 2.22 per game. She was fourth in ground balls averaging 2.33 per game scooping up 21 throughout conference play.
