Buffalo, NY- After a weekend off, the Mercyhurst Women's Rowing Team will travel up to Buffalo, New York for a race against Robert Morris and Canisius.

Laker Outlook

The team had a strong showing at their first race of the year, splitting the two races against Dayton. The Varsity 8+ won their race with a time of 6:37, and the Varsity 4+ fell to Dayton with a time of 8:37. The team is looking to stay in the win column and get more races under their belt before the championship season begins.

When asked about this weekend's upcoming race, Head Coach Jonathan Rost said, "Another chance to test ourselves in the DI ranks. Canisius and Robert Morris are always great tests and hopefully future conference opponents. It's another great opportunity to see where we stack up and how training has been going."
