Urbana, MD. – The Mercyhurst Men's Golf Team is set to compete in the Carpetbagger Classic, hosted by Binghamton University at Worthington Manor Golf Club on Saturday and Sunday. After a strong performance in their last outing, the Lakers will look to continue a strong start to their spring season.

Laker Outlook 

Mercyhurst enters the tournament following a 3rd place finish at the Laker Spring Shootout, where Evan Rowane led the way with a 2nd place finish, carding rounds of 73-72-71.   Aidan Fong finished in 7th place after shooting back-to-back rounds under par, and Darien Swanson finished in 10th place, finishing at +10. 

Participating in the Carpetbagger Classic for the Lakers is Evan Rowane, Darien Swanson, Matthew Spadacini, Robert Kozlowski, and RJ Delisanti.  Garrett Senfield will be participating as an individual.

Following the Carpetbagger Classic, Mercyhurst will prepare for the Northern Kentucky Invitational at Elks Run Golf Club in Batavia, Ohio.
