On the Road Again:
Mercyhurst continued their seven-game road trip this past Sunday against their first Power Four opponent in Syracuse. The Lakers got blanked for the second straight game against the Orange in a 5-0 defeat. But Head Coach
Rich Wall continued to get a lot of players experience as they continue to adapt to play at the Division I level. Against the Orange, 27 different players took the pitch.

Annaliese Black still lead the squad with one goal each through three games. Graduate Student
Alyssa Poleski has played 254 minutes for the Lakers thus far, which leads Mercyhust. Senior Sofia Parasio has played 218 and Freshman
Isabella Fiorillo has been in games for 205 total minutes. Senior

Chelsea Radicia have split time between the pipes, Radicia has the edge in saves with 17.
Scouting Dayton:
The Lakers will face their toughest test to this point when they travel to Dayton on Thursday night. The Flyers posted a 13-2-5 record in 2023 and ended their season in the Atlantic 10 semifinals with a 1-0 loss to La Salle. Dayton is coming off their first loss of the season against No. 19 Xavier. Mercyhurst will be tasked with trying to stop Freshman Liv Grenda, who has already scored three goals in the 2024 campaign.
Scouting Northern Kentucky:
The Norse have experienced a very similar start to the season as the Lakers. Northen Kentucky was shut out in their first two contests of the season with a 3-0 loss at Western Michigan and a 4-0 loss at home versus Ohio. They're coming off a 2-1 loss at home against Louisville. Shay Shipley has scored the lone goal of the season for the Norse. Before they welcome Mercyhurst to Highland Heights, the Norse will be on the road at Miami (Ohio).
Next Game:
Mercyhurst and Dayton will battle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday night, before the Lakers travel to Northern Kentucky for a matchup at 12:30 p.m.
