How it Happened
Syracuse wasted little time going on the attack, and the first half couldn't have been more efficient for the Orange. The Lakers were put on the defensive just 90 seconds into the game, but didn't allow a shot on goal until four minutes in. Kate Costantini. Liesel Odden and Anna Rupert added two more to the scoreboard before Stephens scored her second goal of the game.
Graduate Student
Chelsea Radicia stepped into goal for the second half once again and had a solid half. Radicia registered two saves for the Lakers as the Orange continued their fast and furious attack. The Orange put just one ball in the back of the net in the second half, as Allie Fouts got a ball past Radicia.
