Erie, Pa.--On Tuesday, Head Coach Ryan Riemedio announced the 2022 recruiting class for the Mercyhurst Football Team. The Lakers added 12 new players on national signing day including two Division I transfers. Below you can see the class as well as Riemedio's thoughts on his first recruiting class as a head coach.

"I'm extremely excited about the initial class we have signed. The coaches have done a tremendous job of finding the right student-athletes that embodies the University and Football Program's C.U.L.T.U.R.E.. I am grateful that our current team is filled with great student-athletes and blessed that we have retained a large roster. Our coaches have been very selective with our 2022 class and have had the ability to add some athleticism, size, length, and speed to our current roster. I am extremely excited to get this class on campus and join our team this fall."
