ERIE, Pa. -- The Mercyhurst University softball will be hosting the Tri-State Player Showcase on Sunday August 29, 2021. 

There will be two sessions, the first from 8 –11 a.m. while the second session will run from 12-3 p.m., Players will select a primary and secondary position to work for defense and all players will work offense. 

The showcase is open to grades 8-12 and will be held at Mercyhurst University. The cost is $90 per participant. The registration for can be filled out by clicking here. 

In addition to the Mercyhurst coaching staff, representatives from: Clarion, Gannon, Slippery Rock, University at Buffalo, Buffalo State, Canisius, Penn State Behrent, Edinboro, Fredonia and Herkimer College. 

The collegiate coaching representatives will be leading all areas of the camp and the final portion of each session will be reserved for players and parents to ask the coaches questions. 

Mercyhurst University is engaged in numerous efforts to prevent, mitigate, and respond to the spread of CoVID-19 on our campus. Athletic camps and clinics will follow applicable local health department and/or federal guidance regarding CoVID-19.
