FREDRICK, MD. – The Mercyhurst women's bowling team finished 2-7 at the Mount Shootout on Sunday. The Lakers ended in 15th place.
 
The Lakers ended with a total of 1,539 in five Traditional Matches and 3,797 in the Baker Matches to total 7,152 throughout the tournament. They ended with a game average of 155.
 
In the bracket Mercyhurst took on Medaille in the first round and lost 715-651. They then went on the play Morgan State in the positional round and won 1,127-1,120 to earn 15^thplace.
 
Mercyhurst is back in action on Nov. 2-3 when it heads to Buffalo, N.Y. for the Medaille Tournament.
