BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – The NEC has released their awards for the weekend of February 20-22. Tia Germanich took the top honor of the weekend, being named the NEC Bowler of the Week for the second time this season. Germanich was also named an NEC Prime Performer for the third time this season.
 
The sophomore bowler shined at the Niagara Brunswick Spring Classic, finishing in 1^st place out of 70 competitors. She managed to collect 1,142 pins and an average score of 228.4 per game in traditional competition. Germanich also led the way for the Lakers by rolling 247, a team-high, against Daemen as well as rolling 233 against Wright State at the beginning of the tournament.
