The Mercyhurst women's ice hockey team is back to College Hockey America action when it travels to the Rochester Institute of Technology on Jan. 18-19. Puck drops at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Last Time Out
Mercyhurst welcomed ninth-ranked Colgate to the Mercyhurst Ice Center, coming out with a 1-1 tie on Saturday and winning 8-5 on Sunday.
Vilma Tanskanen, Emma Nuutinen, Molly Blasen, Rachel Marmen, Sam Isbell, Maggie Knott, Mary Katherine Gialames, K.K. Thiessen and Samantha Fieseler recorded points for Mercyhurst.
Kennedy Blair made 54 saves in net during the weekend.
Previous Matchup
The Lakers and Tigers met for two-weekend series last season and Mercyhurst sweep both of them. The Lakers outscored the Tigers 17-2 during the four games.
Nuutinen, Knott, Isbell, Marmen, Tanskanen, Fieseler, Blasen, Thiessen, Sarah Hine, Céline Frappier, Alexa Vasko, Summer-Rae Dobson, Michele Robillard and Morgan Stacey had points for Mercyhurst.
Blair stopped 48 shots and picked up two shutouts while Sarah McDonnell made 25 saves and earned one shutout.
Kendall Cornine, Mallory Rushton and Brittney Gout had points for RIT.
Jenna de Jonge made 135 saves in net while Terra Lanteigne made 24 saves.

Lanteigne has earned an 8-9-4 record with a 2.12 goals against average and .938 save percentage. She is ranked seventh in the nation with her save percentage. De Jonge has a 0-1-1 record with a 10.40 GAA and .765 save percentage. Jessi O'Leary has made five saves in net.
RIT is ranked 20th in the nation on the power play with 16.5 percent and ranked 35th on the penalty kill going 76.8 percent.
