The Mercyhurst men's ice hockey team is set to host Atlantic Hockey opponent Rochester Institute of Technology on Nov. 2-3 at the Mercyhurst Ice Center. Puck drops at 7:05 p.m. both nights.

Erie Youth Hockey will be skating during the first intermission and there will be a student competition on the ice during the second intermission.

Last season the Lakers and Tigers met four times with the Lakers holding a 3-1-0 advantage. Mercyhurst welcomed RIT in January, winning 6-3 before falling 6-5 in overtime at the MIC in early February. Later on, in Feb. the Lakers swept RIT winning 4-3 both nights.

The Tigers are coming into the weekend with a 3-2-0, 1-1-0 AHA record. They are coming off of a split weekend series with Robert Morris.

Girduckis is on top of the Tiger roster with seven points. Valenzuela and Brubacher have five points each and Jake Hamacher has four points.
In net, Drackett has put forth a 3-2-0 record with a 2.17 goals against average and .934 save percentage.
