Carly Zimmerman totaled six goals and one assist as the 14th-ranked Mercyhurst women's lacrosse team cruised to a 13-5 victory over Bloomsburg in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action on Saturday at Tullio Field.
Taylor Izzo added three goals and three assists for the Lakers (9-4, 7-3), who opened the game with a 10-0 run in the first half and never looked back.

Morgan Parker,
Janelle Williams and
Catherine Meegan added one goal apiece for Mercyhurst.
Amy Hoffman made two assists while
Lacey Netti added one.
The Lakers dominated the draw control category, winning 18 of 20. Anderson led the way with 11 draw controls.
Defensively,
Kira Kolb picked up six groundballs while winning goaltender
Gabby Gravino totaled seven saves.
The visiting Huskies (8-7, 5-6) were led by Hannah Jaskuta, who totaled two goals and one assist. Bloomsburg goalie Angela DiPasquale finished with seven saves.
The Lakers will return to action on Wednesday when they welcome PSAC opponent Slippery Rock to Tullio Field for a 4 p.m. start.
