Box Score MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.- The #7 Mercyhurst men's lacrosse team lost, 8-7, to Queens (NC) Saturday afternoon.
Deven Alves scored two goals in the non-conference game played in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Brady Heseltine scored to open the game and then Alves found the back of the net twice, giving the Lakers a 3-0 advantage. At the end of the first, Mercyhurst held a 5-1 lead. The Lakers went into halftime with a 7-3 lead, but they were unable to score again.

Mercyhurst is 2-2 this year. It hosts Lindenwood in an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) contest on Saturday, March 22.Â
