ABOUT THE DUAL MEET
• The No. 10 Mercyhurst College Lakers travel to No. 17 Ashland in its first dual meet since posting a 4-0-1 record at the East Coast Duals. Ashland will be facing a top-10 ranked team for the second time in as many days as the Eagles play host to No. 9 UPJ on Friday night.
Four nationally-ranked wrestlers take to the mat, with all four at different weight classes. Mercyhurst freshman Michael Baxter ranks fifth at 133 lbs while Josh Shields ranks second at 165 lbs. For Ashland, 174-pounder Justin Ferguson is ranked seventh and 197-pounder Josh Ohl ranks fifth.

THE LAST MEETING (Feb. 6, 2008)
• In the two squads' second meeting of the '07-08 season, Mercyhurst posted a 24-15 victory after taking a 21-12 decision in the first meet. The then-ranked No. 12 Lakers posted their fourth-straight victory over the No. 11 Eagles to even the all-time series at 4-4.
Payne Lint won at 125, while Lance Pitcel and Andy Lamancusa posted wins at 133 and 157 lbs, respectively.
