2009: Opened the year with a 23rd-place time of 29:01 at the California (Pa.) Invitational on Sept. 5, 2009…Marked an even 29:00 for 38th place in an 8k meet at Lock Haven (Sept. 12, 2009)…Finished 43rd at the Slippery Rock Invitational (Oct. 3, 2009), displaying a time of 29:38…Crossed the finish line in 20th (29:20) at the Mercyhurst Invitational (Oct. 17, 2009).

2008: Competed in seven events...Posted season best 8K time of 28:07 at PSAC Championships Nov. 1, placing 79th as Mercyhurst's third finisher...Placed third at Mercyhurst Invitational Sept. 27 in time of 28:51...Improved 8K time each race, from 29:19 at Penn State Behrend Sept. 13 to 28:07 at PSAC Championships...Lakers' fifth placer at NCAA East Regional Nov. 8, running 38:14 for 10k while finishing 119th.

2007: One of four Lakers to compete in all eight events...Placed in the top 30 three times...Earned a third-place finish against Gannon and placed 10th at the Le Moyne Invitational...Posted personal best time of 27:50.1 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational. 

High School: Ran cross country, outdoor track and participated in nordic skiing...Tan a 5K personal best time of 17:12.
