2013: Finished among the top three Mercyhurst runners in all seven races...was the top Laker finisher on four occasions...had three top-five overall finishes, including a third-place result at the annual Race In The Park on October 12...had fourth-place finishes at Slippery Rock and at Roberts Wesleyan...best time of the season came at Roberts Wesleyan, where he crossed the line in 26:06...placed 41st at the PSAC Championships and 32nd at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships

2012: Was named to CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-American Third Team and was a CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-District First Team honoree...led Lakers in every race except for NCAA Atlantic Regionals...won the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational, finishing with a time of 25:37 which set a new school record in an 8K event...had two other top-five finishes, placing fourth at both the Race in the Park and at the Fredonia State Invitational...earned All-PSAC honors with a 19th-place finish at the PSAC Championships.

2011: Finished second on the team in six of the eight races and finished third in the other two...finished tenth at the Westminster Invitational to open the season...placed fourth at the Fredonia Invitational the following week...placed fifth at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational...finished second at the Race in the Park.

2010: Took 22nd place in his collegiate debut with 26:58 at Lock Haven Invite September 11...Finished 18th at Race in the Park with 28:28 on October 23.

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field...tabbed All-Conference and Second Team All-Area as a junior...qualified for the state championship his senior season, garnering All-Conference and First Team All-Area honors in the act...also a state qualifier in track and field.

Personal: Born March 30, 1992...majoring in forensic anthropology and minoring in biology...son of Bob and Sandy...has three siblings - Ashley, Taylor, and Morgan...father played basketball at Mount Mercy.
