2013: Competed in all seven races during the season...broke 28 minutes on three different occasions, including a season-best time of 27:43.31 at the Slippery Rock Invitational...also finished under 28 minutes at Fredonia State (27:47.61) and at the PSAC Championships (27:49.4)...placed 11th at the annual Race In The Park with a time of 28:31

2012: Competed in every event during the season...finished 22nd overall at the Fredonia State Invitational, crossing the line in 28:01...had a 30th place finish at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational...placed 85th at the PSAC Championships and 99th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships

2011: Was the fifth-fastest Laker on two separate occasions, at the Race in the Park and at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships...had a seventh-place finish at the Race in the Park...finished 50th at the Roberts Wesleyan Invitational...placed 110th overall and 121st overall at the PSAC Championships and NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships respectively

2010: Finished 40th with a time of 28:46 at Roberts Wesleyan on September 25...took 35th with a time of 29:47 at the Race in the Park on October 23

High School: Participated in cross country and track and field at Punxsutawney Area High School...was a four-time letterwinnner in cross country and a two-time letterwinner in track.
