Personal: Born June 13, 1993...majoring in Spanish education...son of Margarita Melendez and Angel Martinez...has three siblings - Gianmarco, Angelica, and Jeremy...father was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 1987 Major League Baseball draft.
