2013-14: Finished senior season with a 3-8 overall record...named to NWCA All-Academic Honorable Mention team for third consecutive season...had one victory by fall and two by decision...posted a 1-0 record in dual competition, earning a pin over Mercyhurst North East's Jamel Avery on January 29...accumulated ten team points and 56 match points

2012-13: Finished with a 9-14 overall record...his nine victories established a new career-high...six of his victories were by fall, two by decision, and the other by forfeit...his six victories by fall ranked fifth on the team...finished 1-2 in duals…four of his wins came early in season at W & J Invitational, where he earned a sixth-place finish in the 133-pound bracket.

2011-12: Finished with a 3-12 overall record...two of his three victories were by fall while his other victory was by technical fall...earned one victory at the Laker Open, the Ohio Northern Tournament, and at the Mercyhurst North East Quad Meet.

2010-11: Finished first season with a 5-11 overall record with all his bouts coming during tournaments…tied for the lead in reversals (10) as a rookie and ranked third in escapes (29)…Opened the season with a 2-2 showing in the W&J Open.

High School: Two-time Academic All-America selection at Grove City Area High School.

Personal: Born September 8, 1991...majoring in criminal justice with a minor in sociology...son of Ruth and Raymond Abplanalp...has one sister, Alexis.
