Biography

2011-2012: Started 24 games this season for the Lady Lakers… averaged 27.4 minutes per game… the veteran three point thriller finished 1st on the team in 3-point field goal percentage (.368) and 1st in 3-point field goals made (53) averaging 2 a game, helping the Lakers finish 3rd in the PSAC in both field goal percentage (.428) and 3-point field goals made (5.9/g)… had a career high 20 points against Bloomsburg University… her .368 3 point field goal percentage ranked her 12th in the PSAC while her 1.3 steals and 3.8 rebounds per game helped boost the Lady Lakers into 5th in scoring defense (60.4/g) and 1st in rebounding defense allowing opponents only 32.3 rebounds per game… led the team in scoring in 5 different games this year… finished with double digits in 9 games this season… finished with a team high 8 rebounds in a 59-58 overtime win against Edinboro in the biggest upset in school history… Hoffman finishes her career placing 7th on the all time list for 3-point field goals made with 141 and 3rd on the all-time list in 3-point field goal percentage finishing .377 from behind the arc.

2010-11:  Played in 29 games and started 21… finished as the team’s sixth-leading scorer at 6.0 ppg and third-leading rebounder with 3.1 rpg… scored in double-digits four times, including a season- and career-best 20 points in the opener against Ashland (Nov. 13)… also tallied a season-best seven boards in that contest… hit career-highs of 7-of-14 from the field, including 5-of-12 from 3-point range against Ashland… posted career highs in blocks (3 vs Mansfield, Jan. 9)… second-leading 3-point threat on the team, finishing with 45 in 126 attempts (35.7 percent)… fourth on the team in assists (48) and steals (21)…started first 11 games of the year and finished starting the last nine contests for the Lakers.. excellent defensive specialist that also provides ability to be the point guard or a shooting guard.

2009-10: Competed in 25 games, earning 19 starting assignments at the guard position...posted 4.4 points and ranked third on team with 4.0 rebounds per game…registered second-most assists (71) and steals (29) on team…led team in assists and steals during conference play…paced team in assists seven times, in rebounds twice, and in steals on nine occasions…shot 18-of-21 (.857) from the foul line…made 25 three-pointers, one of three Lakers to do so…made game-winning three-pointer as time expired in 61-58 win at Clarion…scored career-high 13 points vs. Lock Haven sinking three threes, also dishing out six assists…recorded five or more assists four times…registered three steals on four occasions…notched 12 points at Lake Erie and at West Chester…pulled down career-high eight rebounds vs. Cheyney…made two three-pointers in five straight games.

2008-09: Played in 22 games, starting all 14 divisional games at point guard…Averaged 3.8 points per game and 3.2 rebounds per contest…Recorded 1.7 assists per game, fourth on the team…In first start, Jan. 14 vs. Slippery Rock, scored eight points and leading the team with seven rebounds, four assists and four steals…Registered season-high five assists Feb. 14 vs. IUP…One of five Lakers to make 10 or more three-pointers, with 14…Led team in rebounds twice, and in assists and steals three times each…Scored career-high nine points Jan. 31 vs. California (Pa.)…Dished out four or more assists five times, including first career game, Dec. 13 vs. Lake Erie…Averaged 4.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists during PSAC West games.
