2007: GLIAC All-Academic Team...Competed in five races...Placed 17th against Gannon and 27th at Le Moyne Invitational...Season best time of 30:28.6 came at Harry F. Invitational...Earned captains award.

2006: 4.0 student-athlete...Ran in five of the six races...Recorded his best finish (16th) and time (27:37) in the California (Pa.) Invitational.

High School: Participated in track and field...lettered in both the 100m and 200m dash...high school all-time Top 10 list in 4x200-meter relay...academic team, principal[apos]s award, first honors all four years, foreign language scholar award, intramural sports
