2007: GLIAC All-Academic Team...Ran in first seven events of the season...Placed 13th against Gannon and 23rd at Le Moyne Invitational...Turned in best time of 29:49.2 at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational. 

2006: Competed in four races...Recorded his best time (30:23) in the GLIAC Championships.

High School: Ran cross country for three years, participated in track for four years and hockey for one...Two-year letterman in cross country and track, one year for hockey...Won hockey coaches' award...Hockey team won Brooklyn Holiday Tournament...Ran a personal best of 18:57 for 5K and 5:10 for mile...played guitar in church group.

Personal: Son of Richard and Pat Rusnak...Has one brother, Jeff..Majoring in chemistry.
